Health and Nutrition have always been a passion of mine, but it wasn't until early in 2017 that I realized I was putting all this attention on my physical body and leaving my beautiful mind and heart to fend for themselves. 

I knew I needed a change, so I started by getting quiet. I promised myself for 30 days that I would try out this "meditation" thing once and for all, and today it is my single most favorite daily practice. During an early meditation I received the idea of creating a secret Instagram account that was all about spreading JOY.  Pretty soon this "secret" account became not-so-secret; my posts spawned the birth of my Blog (, and my Blog spawned the desire for more knowledge on Self Love. 

I brought in the A-Team : Louise Hay, Marianne Williamson, Abraham Hicks, Wayne Dyer, Oprah, Ekhart Tolle, Brother David Steindal Rast, and the list goes on...

I soaked up the lessons like a sponge; I implemented these lessons into my life, and soon, into conversations with friends. The more I learned and shared these teachings, the more I loved my life and the more connected I felt to a deeper purpose. In July 2017 I, along with my dear friend and Wellness expert Stevie Wright created The Joy Well Club (see below) a Monthly support group for Women to come together and be heard. In November 2017, I launced "The Joy List Live : Lessons in Self Love" An online Instagram Live event every Monday-Friday Morning.  I now have embraced my very own title of "Self-Love Life Coach" and my goal is to help as many Women as possible release emotional pain to live joyful lives. 

I coach Women one-on-one and my first 90-day program will be available in 2018!
